·         Automatic Transaction Entry: You need to be careful to use this option as the accounting software dispatches this transaction without any interference. 

The QuickBooks Online version allows users of the software to computerize invoice entry with the help of scheduled settings, recurring invoices, and unbilled activities customer. To do so, click on the icon in the upper right area of the screen and select Company Settings. Then, click on the Invoice Automation link. Now, you have 4 options: No automation to create invoices; Remind me to create invoices; create invoices and tell me about it; and Create invoices and don’t tell me.
Remember: This automation applies to invoices only in QuickBooks Online version, but you need to create recurring templates for different transactions.
